About the Role
The Radiology Technologist is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our skilled Imaging/Radiology team at MultiCare Health System. In this role, you will perform general radiology imaging studies that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of the Chief Technologist and Director of Imaging Services
- Follow policies and procedures as you provide patient care activities and any related non-professional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients and families
- Recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment
Requirements
- Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
- Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification
- MA-P is required for Maple Valley Rad Techs who perform Phlebotomy
