Job Overview

United Structural Systems LLC is seeking a skilled Crew Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality foundation repair services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of our experienced Crew Foreman to safely complete assigned tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow crew members and Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain our company vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools in excellent condition.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including jack hammers, nail guns, and excavating equipment.
  • Provide support by digging trenches and setting braces to support the sides of excavations, leaving sites clean and tidy upon completion.
  • Foster a safety-conscious and collaborative team culture.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain impeccable installation quality in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Ability to withstand exposure to constant or intermittent high noise levels.
  • Ability to operate equipment and power tools as needed.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or construction management.
  • Valid driver's license with ability to be insured by the company.
  • Ability to relocate/commute to Huntsville, AL.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to a safety culture by following all USS Safety Guidelines as determined by OSHA.
