Position Overview:


The Senior E-Premium Product Consultant for Daikin will spearhead the sales strategy for Inverter Products and act as the primary liaison to manage and synchronize the achievement of the division's sales goals with Company Owned Distribution (COD) and Distributor Channel Partners.

This role will serve as the key resource for supporting the product line and enhancing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate efforts to meet division sales objectives with COD and Distributor Channel Partners, focusing on all residential brands that utilize inverter technology.
  • Attain Division Sales Targets for Side-Discharge Products across all residential brands.
  • Function as the Division Product Champion to identify and develop sales opportunities within assigned focus areas, collaborating closely with product teams and application resources.
  • Oversee and ensure the achievement of division objectives for specific programs related to the specialist's focus area.
  • Provide resources and promotional support to fully engage Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in selling targeted products.
  • Act as an additional sales and training resource for COD and IND channels, excluding REP channels.
  • Drive key organizational objectives across various brand strategies, including but not limited to Side-Discharge sales, Daikin Cloud Services, R32 product launches, and Cold Climate Heat Pump initiatives.
  • Serve as the Daikin Comfort Pro Loyalty Champion and subject matter expert, promoting the Daikin Vision and fostering partnerships with premium contractors.
  • Manage the reporting and distribution of essential data related to e-Premium objectives from Executive Leadership.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of VRV and VRV Life Products, promoting the growth of this technology through both Company Owned and Independent Owned channels.

Nature & Scope:

  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in the field.
  • Manages significant projects or processes with minimal oversight.
  • Provides coaching, reviews, and delegates tasks to junior professionals.
  • Addresses complex and challenging problems.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and negotiation.
  • Proficient in developing effective communication materials such as sales support documentation and reports.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of generating and interpreting reports as necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethics and integrity.
  • Applies sound judgment in decision-making.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry (preferred).

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
