Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at PeaceHealth Rehab & Wellness Center in Florence, Oregon. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services to help patients achieve optimal levels of functional status.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans and goals
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Modify treatment plans as needed to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth continuous care of patients
  • Mentor and provide oversight to new caregivers, physical therapist assistants, and/or therapy aides
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Physical Therapy accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education or closely related field
  • Physical Therapist license from the State of Oregon
  • Basic Life Support through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
