Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

V-Soft Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Java for the backend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop front-end components using modern frameworks and libraries.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • 10 years of professional work experience in a mid-sized or large corporate Information Technology environment.
  • 5 years of experience in Java Restful Web Services, JMS, and other Middleware technologies, preferably MuleSoft.
  • Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL, including troubleshooting and tuning complex SQL queries.
  • Significant experience as a Java Developer and Architect with proven hands-on Software Development experience.
  • At least two years of experience in SOA-based process applications using BPM 2.0 (Activiti/JBPM/Camunda).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.
