As a Pilot (First Officer) with NetJets, you will be responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience while maintaining a continued safety record on each and every flight.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take-off, and landing of each flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and NetJets Flight Operations Manual.
- Provide exceptional service to NetJets Owners and passengers, including pre-flight greetings, introductions, and briefings on the specific flight/trip.
- Deliver in-flight service, including the handling of alcohol and the service of catering, while ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers.
- Load and properly stow all baggage on the aircraft as needed.
- Act as the final authority on the aircraft with respect to all areas of operation, including compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
- Communicate effectively with NetJets and Owners/passengers from the time of arrival at the FBO until safe landing at the final destination.
- Hold a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a First Class Medical Certificate.
- Meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating.
- Have at least 21 years of age and 1,500 hours of total flight time experience.
- Be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and work around animals, including handling and care prior to, during, and after Owner flights.
