This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, agents, and brokers to promote our health plans and services.
  • Attend community outreach events to educate individuals about our health plans and services.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop marketing strategies and materials.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and healthcare providers about our health plans and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on health plan benefits and formulary drug plans to provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven success in direct marketing/sales and/or outreach.
  • Experience presenting in public settings to diverse groups of individuals.
  • Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience in lieu of the degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or health insurance marketing or sales.
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse preferred.
