Job Summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is seeking a skilled Shop Service Technician to join our team. As a Shop Service Technician, you will be responsible for mounting, demounting, balancing, and repairing commercial and other tires and wheels at our commercial service center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mount and demount tires and wheels, ensuring proper fitment and safety
  • Balance and repair tires, including wheel refurbishment and painting
  • Perform service-related duties such as tire foam fill, tire/casing receiving, moving, and loading
  • Operate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Inspect tires, equipment, and vehicles before and after service
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Accurately document work performed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with DOT medical card
  • Tire Industry Association (TIA) certification
  • Prior tire service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 125lbs
  • Positive customer service attitude
