Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional oral health care to our patients, working closely with our doctors and other dental professionals to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide thorough and gentle dental cleanings, exams, and treatments to patients of all ages
- Conduct thorough medical and dental histories, and perform necessary screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with our doctors and other dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies through ongoing education and training
- Current dental hygienist license in Texas
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
