Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our educational team in Pacifica, California. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) matching program.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills and provide regular progress updates.
  • Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: A Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Licensure: An active California SLP License is essential for this role.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position working with students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational setting.
