Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AP Processor to join our team at AppleOne. As an AP Processor, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounts payable process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify and match invoices and payments to ensure accuracy
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
