Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies for procedures.
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures.
- Monitor and maintain aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited surgical technician program or at least two years of experience as a surgical technician.
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional surgical care in a service-oriented atmosphere.
