We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX. As a Physician Assistant in our Emergency Department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Collaborate with emergency physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by state law and hospital policy
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency
Requirements:
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with previous emergency medicine experience
- Current ATLS certification or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
