Swim Instructor/Lifeguard

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor/Lifeguard to join our team at Swimtastic. As a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and skill levels, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

• Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students
• Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers
• Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
• Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times
• Provide customers with monthly, individualized feedback on swimmers during Splash 'N Tell week

• Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, but not required
• Loving kids and being reliable with the ability to swim is an absolute necessity
• Willing to certify in CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infants
• Training in the Swimtastic curriculum will be provided
