Role Overview

For guests seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and personalized service, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess provides an array of luxurious spa offerings. As a Nail Care Specialist, your skills and customer service abilities will be paramount, allowing you to take pride in contributing to our guests' well-being.
  • Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, nail enhancements, and paraffin treatments.
  • Manage the inventory of supplies required for services.
  • Ensure all tools for manicures, such as files, clippers, and cuticle cutters, are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Proactively inform guests about nail care and provide personalized recommendations as needed.
  • Prepare billing slips for services rendered and retail products sold.
  • Keep the work area in pristine condition at all times and report any equipment issues.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Nail Technician.
  • Certification as a Nail Technician or equivalent is required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and dependable.
  • Ability to maintain focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
  • Compliance with Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Standards.
