The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our long term care facility in Luverne, MN. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care, and demonstrating competency in the full scope of nursing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
