Quality Assurance Leadership Position

The Director of Quality Assurance is a critical leadership position that oversees all quality assurance and quality control activities across all regions. This individual will leverage Trade Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Project Management team members to preplan incoming work and oversee execution while motivating the Metalworks team to deliver quality products on-time and safely.
This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues to prevent recurrence. The successful candidate will develop and implement quality standards that align with organizational goals and collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and drive decision-making.
This position involves frequent travel, working in a combination of environments, including manufacturing floors, office settings, job sites, etc. It requires sitting, standing, walking, keyboarding, using a monitor and phone, occasional climbing, reaching, stooping, and lifting.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is required, along with 10 years of quality management experience. Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
