Key Responsibilities:
As a Global Estate Planning Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing expert legal counsel to U.S. clients with foreign assets, focusing on optimal structures to minimize U.S. tax liabilities while collaborating with foreign legal advisors.
  2. Structuring estate planning documents to accommodate foreign beneficiaries.

  8. Advising foreign clients on investment structuring in the U.S., including real estate acquisitions.
  9. Developing tax-efficient strategies for transferring assets to U.S. beneficiaries.
  10. Providing pre-immigration planning advice.
  11. Drafting estate planning documents for foreign clients with U.S. assets or beneficiaries.
  12. Administering estates for foreign individuals with U.S. holdings.
  13. Advising clients on U.S. reporting obligations related to foreign investments and transfers.
