Salary: Our Sales Experts earn between $18.22 and $21.92 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities that can exceed $62,460 per year. With our competitive salary and commission structure, you have the potential to earn a significant income.

Job Description:

As a Sales Expert, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through their options and providing personalized sales expertise. You will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure you're available when our customers need you. Your goal will be to create meaningful connections with every customer, meeting sales targets and earning your commission through the power of our full suite of products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for individuals with a strong drive and passion for helping people. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we'll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching needed to succeed. You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
