  • Specialized Care for Alzheimer's & Dementia:

  • Fostering a secure and nurturing environment, effective communication, and assistance with daily activities
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Promoting a positive living atmosphere, monitoring changes, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors
  • Executing other assigned tasks, adhering to company policies, and participating in training sessions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Physical abilities including lifting, bending, and adjusting to different settings
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and respect for clients

Special Qualifications:

  • Valid CNA License and a current Driver's License
  • Ability to drive, possess valid auto insurance, and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Availability for a minimum of 56 hours per week for full-time roles
