Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide attentive and efficient service to guests in the bar and dining areas.
2. Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
3. Prepare and serve food items as required, ensuring quality and presentation.
4. Engage with guests to fulfill their requests creatively and flexibly.
5. Accurately process guest orders and payments.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
7. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
8. Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve hotel goals.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess previous experience in food and beverage service, with a preference for bartending experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 pounds. Additionally, obtaining a Food Handler's Permit and Alcohol Server's Permit is required. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
