Nursing Assistant CNA

The Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant Registered is a vital member of our care team, responsible for providing exceptional personal care and designated health-related services to our residents. As a CNA/NAR, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with treatments and activities of daily living as delegated by the Clinical Director per individualized care plan.
- Provide physical care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, providing Range of Motion exercises, and assisting with adaptive equipment.
- Respond to safety hazards, call lights, and requests, and reassign duties as needed.
- Report changes in resident condition, behavior, and level of independent functioning to the nurse.
- Assist with admissions and discharges, and complete required documentation.
- Partner effectively with others in a demanding and changing environment, supporting all employees within the community as directed by the Clinical Director or Registered Nurse.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility
We welcome applicants with:
- A High School Diploma or equivalency
- One year of experience as a CNA or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors
