About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with BoldAge PACE, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors. You will provide comprehensive occupational therapy programs, evaluating and reassessing participants to provide tailored therapeutic exercises and functional maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and reassess participants to provide personalized care.
  • Develop and oversee functional maintenance programs for senior participants.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises to promote independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • A valid and current Occupational Therapy License in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience with adult physical disability practicing as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Either have one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population or, in the absence of such experience, receive appropriate training from BoldAge PACE to work with a frail or elderly population upon hiring.
  • Advanced Practice in Dysphagia preferred but not mandatory.
  • A valid Driver's license and vehicle, or other approved means of transportation, and an acceptable driving record is required for some assignments.
