Job Title: Behavioral Health Group Home Worker

Join our team at Many Rivers Whole Health as a Behavioral Health Group Home Worker, where you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with severe disabilities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Group Home Worker. As a member of our therapeutic team, you will work closely with residents to assist with daily living activities, treatment planning, and teaching living skills. Your role will be to provide a safe and supportive environment, promoting the well-being and independence of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  • Participate in treatment planning and implementation, working closely with the therapeutic team
  • Teach living skills, such as cooking and meal preparation, to residents
  • Work collaboratively with other group home employees to maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation for assigned clients
  • Assist with care and maintenance of the group home and grounds
Requirements:
  • Valid Montana driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to transport clients
  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • One year of experience working with individuals with severe disabilities or CNA experience preferred
