Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to integrate and coordinate services across departments for enhanced patient care.
  • Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Cultivate a culture of evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct managerial experience in Labor and Delivery or Women's Services in an acute care setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration strongly preferred.
  • Current RN licensure by Texas Board of Nursing or a Nursing Licensure Compact state.
  • BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
  • Demonstrable success in managing high-volume labor and delivery units.
