Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. As a Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where patient care is our top priority.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited professional speech therapy program
  • Current American Heart Association's BLS certification
  • Experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
