Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to support our Construction Services Sales team as a Junior Sales Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist existing sales representatives within designated territories.
- Help identify, bid, and secure opportunities in specific markets.
- Manage new sales leads as directed by sales representatives and management.
- Follow up on pending quotes and proposals.
- Participate in customer meetings and competitor site evaluations.
- Travel within the designated market area regularly.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for workload management.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000.
