Maintenance Technician

U.S. Silica is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards and take corrective action
- Follow all company safety and health policies to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any accidents or incidents to management immediately
- Assist in the maintenance of our Pm program through analysis and task assignment
- Help maintain parts inventory and assist mechanics in safely completing jobs on time
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Ability to work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs and ladders, and work from elevated platforms
- Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge
- Computer software skills, including Microsoft Office and WonderWare or equivalent equipment process software
