  • Replace Pyxis MedStation and floor stock medication on a daily basis
  • Replace unit and procedural tackle box narcotic stock and verify documentation is complete and all narcotic doses accounted for
  • Assist in preparation of IV admixtures
Requirements
  • Successful completion of WA Board of Pharmacy approved Pharmacy Technician Training Program
  • Current Washington State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
  • Successful Completion of National Pharmacy Technician Certification Program preferred
  • Experience with medication reconciliation preferred
  • Hospital experience preferred
