About the Role:

  • Assist the Lead Toddler Teacher in guiding children aged 15 months to 36 months, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

  • Participate in a MACTE-accredited Montessori training program, enhancing your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and materials that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Toddler Teacher and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive educational approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior, using this data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences to ensure open communication and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children aged newborn to 6 years, with a strong understanding of child growth and development.
  • Knowledge of child-centered education, Montessori principles, and early childhood curriculum design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and self-improvement.
  • Valid negative TB test and CPR certification, with the ability to obtain any necessary certifications or training.
