Job Overview:

The Offset Press Operator at Russell Tobin & Associates is tasked with the operation of specialized machinery to create high-quality packaging solutions for both domestic and international markets. This role emphasizes excellence in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) standards as well as quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and troubleshoot offset printing machinery
  • Prepare and manage web or sheet-fed offset printing presses
  • Review job orders and implement necessary adjustments
  • Fill ink and dampening solution reservoirs
  • Adjust press settings throughout production runs to ensure color consistency
  • Supervise technicians engaged in equipment maintenance
  • Ensure efficient setup and make-ready processes

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience operating offset printing equipment
