Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the safe management of biomass, extraction materials, and related equipment.
- Operate and sustain extraction machinery while prioritizing safety.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company protocols.
- Guide the team in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Assist in production resource planning to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Encourage continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies.
- Uphold environmental health and safety regulations.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- At least 1 year of experience in extraction production.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Preferred experience in the refinement of cannabis compounds.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Background in Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
