Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and ensure they have an excellent dining experience
- Set up stations for the shift, including preparing tables and restocking supplies
- Ensure that silverware and condiments are always available and easily accessible
- Monitor drink levels and refill them as needed
- Pre-bus guests' tables by clearing off dirty dishes and refilling bread baskets
- Run hot food to guests in the alley
- Provide support to servers as needed, including taking orders and serving guests
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables and chairs, and disposing of trash
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
