Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, share knowledge, and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques, promoting empowerment and independence.
- Monitor and Evaluate Care: Continuously monitor patients' progress, adjust care plans as needed, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience: One year of relevant experience in critical care or a related field; ICU experience a plus.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of practice required; BLS certification a must.
