As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information within our database.
- Respond to incoming calls from clients and creditors, providing exceptional service.
- Address routine inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Clearly and accurately explain our programs to clients.
- Contact clients to verify or update necessary information.
- Familiarity with the roles of Negotiator, Payment Authorization, Client Advocate, and Board of Directors.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients at all times.
Knowledge and Essential Skills
- Outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Proficient in data entry and computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and plan tasks effectively.
- Capable of analyzing problems and providing functional resolutions.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Thorough understanding of company products and services.
- Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is beneficial.
