Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide occupational health services to our employees. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our occupational health team to ensure the health and well-being of our staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical evaluation and care to employees through a centralized and system-wide delivery model.
  • Manage pre-placement screening and documentation needs, including vaccinations, TB screening, and coordinating onsite appointments.
  • Assist new hires with obtaining and submitting required documentation.
  • Provide work clearance, except for employees actively being managed for a work-related injury.
  • Consult and educate employee managers and HR Business Partners on accommodation needs for return to work.
  • Manage infectious disease evaluations and reportable disease reports.
  • Provide services in connection with other Occupational Health programs, including assessment, clinical testing, and case management.
  • Provide effective, consistent, and comprehensive employee education, counseling, and direction.
  • Participate in planning and implementing OHCC programs and providing selected health services independently or collaboratively with other members of the occupational health staff.
Requirements
  • A currently licensed RN with at least three years' experience in occupational health, urgent care, or ambulatory care.
  • COHN-S certification is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees in complex coordination of care.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-functioning team environment and meet defined deliverables/metrics each day.
