Key Responsibilities
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) plays a crucial role in:
- Delivering pre-hospital care and transporting individuals within the designated service area and beyond as needed.
- Conducting routine equipment checks and performing basic maintenance on emergency vehicles.
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage and patient interactions through established data reporting systems.
- Engaging in ongoing training and skill enhancement to improve service delivery and community support.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a valid EMT licensure with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Possess a clean driving record or have a driving history that can be reviewed and approved by management.
- Have a valid driver's license.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $22.42 per hour.
