Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Bowlero. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages in measured quantities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Sell and serve alcohol to guests in compliance with all local alcohol service regulations, promoting responsible drinking practices.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage alcoholic beverages and other bar supplies, maintaining inventory levels and minimizing waste.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of local alcohol service regulations and responsible drinking practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
