Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in unit-based performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care.

Requirements:
