Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, taking a detailed medical history, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients to set goals and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
- Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or eligibility for certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
