As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and machine pieces to meet product specifications, ensuring fabrication accuracy and operating within established safety, environmental, quality, operational, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up fixtures and processes designs of new and existing parts
  • Operate cutting equipment, including panel saws, table saws, band saws, and trimming tools
  • Perform routing tasks using table and hand routers
  • Finish parts using sanding, shaping, buffing, polishing, flame polishing, and joining techniques
  • Form parts using drape forming, vacuum forming, and line bending
  • Assemble parts, including gluing and packaging
  • Maintain equipment to achieve production requirements
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, notifying management of any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • CNC certification preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred
