Optometrist

We're seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team at Jolly Good Eye Care - Visionworks Doctors of Optometry in Pflugerville/Austin, TX. As a full-time Optometrist, you'll provide high-quality primary eye care to patients of all ages and visual and medical conditions.

Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including Optos Daytona and Henson 9000 Visual Field Analyzer. You'll perform patient examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings, handle eye emergencies, and collaborate with staff members to help deliver our commitment to improving access to healthcare.

Our goal is to provide high-quality, high-tech, friendly eye care to our community at an affordable price. We're a busy location, and we're hoping to find a full-time OD to help expand the schedule to accommodate double booking 3-4 days/week.

We have a great staff (4 OD Technicians and 2 Doctors) with a combined experience of 19 years at the practice. We schedule patients every 20 minutes and see up to 24 patients per day.

• Practice full-time providing eye care to patients of all ages and visual and medical conditions.
• Perform patient examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings, handle eye emergencies, and collaborate with staff members.
• Work with our team to help deliver our commitment to improving access to healthcare.

We're looking for Optometrists with an entrepreneurial spirit dedicated to patient care who strongly desire to help grow the business long-term. Candidates should have excellent clinical and people skills. Must be committed to providing patients with the highest level of care and a wide range of services to ensure optimal eye health and vision for a lifetime.
