Position: Primary Care Physician at Provider Solutions & Development
Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients. This role encompasses delivering both outpatient and inpatient services, mentoring medical trainees, and engaging in quality enhancement and program development initiatives within the General Internal Medicine division.

- Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities as required
- Must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board-Eligibility or Board-Certification in Internal Medicine is required prior to employment commencement; alternatively, completion of Family Medicine Board Certification with eligibility or certification in Geriatrics and/or Palliative Medicine is acceptable
- Must hold a valid medical license in the State of Illinois or be eligible to obtain one
- Possession of Illinois and Federal controlled substance licenses or ability to secure them before starting work is necessary
- Demonstrated scholarly achievements are preferred
