Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Optimize E-Commerce Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations within the E-Commerce business, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Build and Maintain Templates: Develop and maintain templates for driving cross-functional coordination, bringing the GTM calendar to life within E-Commerce.
  • Partner with VP, E-Commerce: Collaborate with the VP, E-Commerce to disseminate channel goals, ensuring E-Commerce projects have visibility and milestones that align with these goals.
  • Build and Maintain E-Commerce Team Roadmap: Develop and maintain the E-Commerce team roadmap, receiving inputs from Site Experience, Site Merchandising, Acquisition Marketing, Retention Marketing, Analytics, and Media teams.
  • Manage Major Milestones: Oversee all major milestones within the team's calendar, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Represent E-Commerce in Cross-Functional Meetings: Represent E-Commerce in cross-functional GTM meetings with other department Operations leads, ensuring needs and expectations are integrated into overall GTM milestones.
  • Support Product Launches: Support product launches through managing milestones and deliverables within the team and cross-functionally.
  • Track and Monitor Market Trends: Track and monitor market trends that are impacting E-Commerce performance.
  • Build and Compile Reporting: Build and compile reporting for major E-commerce initiatives that span across the team.
  • Maintain Documentation: Maintain documentation for projects, processes, and any needs of our partners in the business.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in a Project Management role, with the majority of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with Shopify: Familiarity with Shopify preferred.
  • Comfortable with GA4: Comfortable with GA4 and site analytics tools.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to help pull through key insights within the channel.
  • Retail Experience: Retail experience, preferably in Apparel.
  • Extremely Collaborative Team Member: Extremely collaborative team member.
  • Passion for Learning: Passion for learning, improving, and building processes.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools: Experience within project management tools, Asana preferred.
