Job Summary

The ProMedica Finnegan Family Autism Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering behavior analysis services to children with autism under the direction and close supervision of our behavior analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement approved ABA treatment plans, including skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction programs.
  • Track and record child progress by maintaining daily records, including daily data collection on all goals and writing objective session notes.
  • Participate in supervising and maintaining safety of children in all activities, both in and out of the center.
  • Maintain professional communication with families through authorized daily notes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of learning environment daily.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Self-motivation, ability to work independently, enthusiasm, patience, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Years of Experience: Documented current or previous work experience with children.
  • License: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain within the 90-day introductory period.
  • Certification: CPR.
