Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, with the potential for shift differential pay at participating locations. Additionally, our employees receive Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to their balance after 30 days of employment, as well as earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance. We also provide six Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave, plus one Floating Holiday for full-time employees. Other benefits include up to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs of study, take-home pay of up to 75% of net earned wages, and a 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after one year of employment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform resident care responsibilities in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, consistent with Company Healthcare Clinical Policies and Procedures, state/federal guidelines, and regulations.
  • Administer medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with any state and federal regulations and center policy.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the 'five rights' of medication administration.
  • Record all medication given to residents based upon their specific chart, and notify appropriate licensed staff when a resident complains of pain.
  • Take and record vital signs of residents as assigned or as may be required by certain medications.
  • Answer resident call lights, anticipate resident needs, and make rounds to assigned residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse or charge nurse on the shift.
  • Observe for and report any reactions and/or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse on the appropriate shift.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or general equivalency preferred.
  • Must pass a state-issued exam.
  • Required valid certification as a CMA with active CNA in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
