Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bakery Production Assistant to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting our Bakers in the preparation and production of our delicious cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Support: Assist Bakers in following proprietary recipes and production methods to ensure high-quality cakes are consistently produced.
  • Equipment Operation: Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in accurately preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with Bakers and other team members to ensure seamless production and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Baker or in a related operational support role is a plus.
  • Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
Compensation

$17.00 per hour
