Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Propose, architect, and design RTL in Verilog for use in a Mixed Signal Integrated Circuit, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a highly experienced team of engineers with extensive cross-functional skill sets, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Design Techniques: Employ clocking controls, FSM design, low power techniques, and high-speed design concepts to optimize circuit performance.
- Review and Verification: Participate in design, architecture, and verification reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Documentation: Create documentation targeting design, verification, and test groups, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Feature Development: Assist with new feature proposal, definition, documentation, and implementation, driving innovation and growth.
- Mentorship: Mentor and help train junior and new college graduate engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Experience: 8+ years of direct experience in ASIC/IC design with deep knowledge of whole IC design flow.
- Education: Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.
- Skills: Fluent in Verilog RTL coding and ASIC design methodology, competence in developing design constraints for synthesis, STA, and P&R hand-off, experience with gate-level simulations, and excellent oral and written communications skills.
