Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations for the entire facility
  • Supervise and assess external contractors
  • Coordinate fire drills and maintain safety records
  • Design and implement preventative maintenance programs for buildings and equipment
  • Conduct interviews and recommend hiring of new maintenance personnel as necessary
  • Possess a general understanding of building maintenance, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and more
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • HVAC Technician license is preferred
