Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mainframe Technical Lead with a robust background in the Telecom Domain. This role requires a deep understanding of mainframe technologies and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Position Details

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid Work Model Available)

Contract Duration: 9-12 Months

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Engage with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design high-level solutions.
  • Oversee the coding, testing, documentation, and deployment processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10-15 years of extensive experience in mainframe technologies.
  • Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2/IMS, CICS, and mainframe utilities.
  • Experience with TIRKS or telecom billing systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
